Wheel thrown stoneware mug with hand painted rainbow rising bird. This speckled clay mug holds approximately 12-16oz. of liquid and measures approximately 3 3/4” tall, and 3 1/2” wide at rim. Handmade in my workshop in Nashville, Tennessee.

Three colorways to choose from- the deep indigo bird with warm hued rainbow, black bird with warm hued rainbow of caramel, warm blush, and cinnamon, deep indigo bird with a light blue stripe in the rainbow, or deep indigo bird with pink, orange and yellow rainbow.

For longest life hand wash and dry. This mug is hand thrown on the pottery wheel, painted with underglaze, and then glazed once more with clear glaze. Each version of this mug varies slightly as the motifs are hand drawn and painted, your mug may differ slightly from those pictured.
