I love to cook and it feels very special to create something for the kitchen at my pottery wheel. I throw each individual dish, creating a special texture for grating ginger, garlic, fresh wasabi or radish. Each dish is glazed in my cloud glaze or a sunny yellow.

Just firmly grasp the ginger stem, whole peeled garlic, radish, or section of fresh wasabi and glide it back and forth with even pressure across (not around) the textured rings. Using the soft pad of your fingertip, run your finger along the circle shape to gather up the grated pulp.

Wheel thrown speckled stoneware ginger and garlic grater, measures approx 3” to 4” wide.

Dishwasher safe.
